Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Sale or discounted items (final sale)

Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to our error

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at loski@playerspalaceclothing.com to request an exchange.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
